Project description
The eastern Great Australian Bight hosts an important seasonal coastal upwelling system associated with a diverse marine ecosystem and a lucrative fishing industry. The aim of this project is to analyse existing microscopic pigment data to reconstruct the composition of planktonic species including temporal variations in the upwelling regions of the eastern Great Australian Bight.
Industry involvement
This project is conducted in collaboration with scientists from SARDI (Aquatic Sciences)
Note: You need to register interest in projects from different supervisors (not a number of projects with the one supervisor).
You must also contact each supervisor directly to discuss both the project details and your suitability to undertake the project.
