Project description

This Project aims development of a MATLAB toolbox for the design of Axial Flux Synchronous Reluctance Motor (AF SynRM). The desired performance parameters such as output power, efficiency, power factor, rotor, airgap lengths, magnetic properties, electrical conductivity, etc. are targeted for a specific application. Possible design options are investigated considering the assumptions which are used to obtain the design variables. The calculations and design optimisation are conducted in MATLAB and Maxwell, Ansys is then applied for the verification of the designs and accuracy of the developed MATLAB toolbox.


Note: You need to register interest in projects from different supervisors (not a number of projects with the one supervisor).
