Project description

I offer no set projects. First we meet and discuss options based on our mutual interests. Then we make a shortlist. Then you pick one. Odds are it will have something to do with understanding how Australian mammals respond to environmental change. Your project might: 1. Analyse adaptations or evolutionary patterns in a particular group; 2. Focus on ecological analysis of a faunal assemblage from a key point in time or examine change through time; 3. Investigate the ecologies of extinct species (e.g., what they ate); or 4. Explore ecophenotypic change through time and space (e.g. in body size).

Assumed knowledge

Undergraduate training in ecology, evolutionary biology and/or zoology

Note: You need to register interest in projects from different supervisors (not a number of projects with the one supervisor).
You must also contact each supervisor directly to discuss both the project details and your suitability to undertake the project.
