Project description

This project will compare the traits space of varanid and mammal prey in Australia and on other continents (based on a detailed varanid diet database for Australia). In addition to existing trait databases, the student will collect more diet and trait data before running trait-space analyses.

I am an environmental modeller who develops mathematical approaches to predict ecosystem function, resilience, and change in the past, present, and future, with a focus on maintaining biodiversity.
