Project description

Understanding what a player is doing within a game and why they play the way they do is important for the design and implementation of future games. The intention of this project is to understand the requirements of evaluating a play experience and having a system, or tool, that enables this in a comprehensive way. The student will conduct research on existing evaluation techniques and will then design and develop their own assessment tool that can be used across a spectrum of games that are developed here at Flinders.
