Project description

The Australian Wine Research Institute, based at Waite Campus, is a world leader in the provision of analytical techniques for the wine industry and in research supporting advances in grape cultivation and wine production. Following a meeting with Stewart and staff at AWRI there are a number of research projects involving the analytical services (on level 2) and/or the research scientists (level 3). These include 1) development of improved methods for analysis, 2) improving methods for provenancing grapes and wine and 3) discriminating between different sources of smoke leading to 'beneficial' to 'undesired' smoke taint in grapes and in wine.

Co-supervisors

Note: You need to register interest in projects from different supervisors (not a number of projects with the one supervisor).
You must also contact each supervisor directly to discuss both the project details and your suitability to undertake the project.
