Marine heatwaves around Australia

Project description

This project uses satellite data to analyse marine heatwaves (MHWs) around Australia. The project addresses the following questions. How often do MHWs occur? Where do they form? Has the frequency of MHWs changed over the years?

Assumed knowledge

Basic computing skills.

Note: You need to register interest in projects from different supervisors (not a number of projects with the one supervisor).
You must also contact each supervisor directly to discuss both the project details and your suitability to undertake the project.
