Project description
During COVID, Flinders Medical Device Research Institute established a facility to test PPE (face masks, respirators and protective gowns), to ensure the devices comply with standards, and protect people close to an infected person. The facility is also being used for research, investigating filtration properties of different materials and different mask types and shapes. A significant amount of data has already been collected, and this project will primarily be involved in the analysis of those data, though there may be opportunity to undertake additional experimental work. It is hoped that the project will result in a paper ready for journal publication.
Note: You need to register interest in projects from different supervisors (not a number of projects with the one supervisor).
You must also contact each supervisor directly to discuss both the project details and your suitability to undertake the project.
